ALL I SEE

I have never stopped on a bench to watch people as they walk.

There are the old ladies who have a slow pace, having all the time in the world.

There are children running around holding an ice cream and laughing; there are tourists who look around appreciating the scorching sun on their white skin.

People who struggle to carry their suitcases up the slope; people who work carrying crates of drinks to the various bars.

And then there are the locals who disfrútanos / enjoy the day in a charlando bar / talking a little.

And finally there are the people around me delighting with a book or just resting.
