BORN IN THE STONE

So ready to disappear
I was
so featherweight
and apologize to the skin
with every dust of air
for undue occupation,
so impressed by the transparency
I was
to make glass
tersissimo
to dazzling mornings
and smell of wave
between propped bodies.
So strictly useless
the soul
my
to keep it green next to it
in the long course of the so-called
dating
without any unhinging
of speech.
"Then? Then?"
Then
I slipped out
in hard peel
world skin,
I make a silence
on evil,
a cloak
of insolent beauty
terrestrial.
I cannot command
this flow
it is a great work
of clear yield
with a majestic current,
I am a word to the light
I was born.

TRAGIC LOVER

What is this agony that I carry inside? Because I keep feeling strong sensations in my chest despite being wrong. How do I get rid of the boulder that I carry inside my heart? How do I erase your tracks from there? How can I eliminate something so tied to my being? How can I free myself from a feeling so mature but immature at the same time? How can a soul like his be so closely linked to mine? How come they only now became aware of each other’s presence? Why, among all possible souls, was it his that approached mine? Maybe because we needed each other. Perhaps because in a past life hers was the only one that matched perfectly with mine and vice versa. Perhaps because the two souls were destined to find themselves also in this life. And that is why, once found, they leave an indelible mark on our inner self. A sign that is destined to remain within us for eternity, even beyond the death of the bodies. Here’s how you can understand that you have found your soul mate, or in any case your other half. If you feel it yours from the start. If you feel it has that something different that only you can see and understand. If you find yourself in that harmony and harmony that emanates when you are together. If you feel light and full when you are together. If you feel that only you can have it and enjoy it. In your heart you know that the person in front of you is the right one, when you know that she is what you are meant to live for. Now tell me, who did you think about reading this?

TRIPPING

If you take a toad, you put it in a pot with water and bring it to the fire, you will observe an interesting thing: the toad adapts to the temperature of the water and stays in there and continues to adapt to the increase in temperature, however when the water comes to the point of boiling the toad would like to jump out of the pot but would not be able to because he is too tired due to the efforts he has made to adapt to the temperature. Some would say what killed the toad was boiling water … what killed the toad was his inability to decide when to jump out. So stop adapting to the wrong people, abusive relationships, parasitic friends and many other situations that “heat you up”. If you continue to adapt, unfortunately, you run the risk of “dying” inside. Jump out while you have time.
I have been wandering in nowhere for too long, I have fallen into the maelstrom of my thoughts, futile desires, fantastic illusions. This distance separates the bodies and not the heart, I miss you, God if you are missing, we were a beautiful but misunderstood painting, we were alive, a painting so full of meaning, we were color, strengths and weaknesses, warm tones. The reality is that I have become a clochard of emotions, a walking cliché, I feed on the few crumbs that remain of a sworn, pure and raw love, the reality is that I beg for empty, forced smiles, but even if they are false they make me alive, or better, I survive. My world has become cold, apathetic, meaningless. Maybe I am exaggerated, yes, how can you think certain things? Can a feeling really affect our life? Can it really kill a man? YES. Love is a fucking mental addiction, love is you. I’m still wandering in the void, but I know that only you can save me somehow .. Your eyes are streets, your lips my city ..Let me go home .
This heart cried until it went dry,
These knuckles bleed, they gave it all,
These legs ran to the moon,
To show these eyes just how hard it is,
And this world only spins by inertia,
But if you stay here tonight maybe it will be different
These stars say "look but don't touch"
This sky does not speak to us but it makes us scream.
It's one of those days when I embroider black sheets,
we levitate among thoughts and avoid the most sincere,
maybe we deserve to look lighter.

WOMAN IS THE “N” OF THE WORLD

Even now women are victims of a system that oppresses them. War is one of the many means by which the oppression of women takes place who are considered spoils, slaughter fodder, their abused bodies. This violence has no limits, it is the worst form that exists. Women who see their freedom canceled. Useless years of study. Unit sacrifices. Useless jobs. Useless clothes. Any free choices that women have made until now are useless. The war - and the men who fly it - have taken it all. They steal and erase female freedom. Men who have the power to annihilate women, their stories, their choices. The influence men have on women's lives is frightening. They are the masters and exercise this power of life or death with extreme wickedness. They are women whose life is over. Many will be sold. They will be given in marriage by little girls. They won't go home. They will end up in prostitution. They will be forced into the worst violence. And they will have to undergo everything in silence, in the blackest terror, without any hope.

I am furious because now I am sitting on my beautiful sofa writing a stupid papyrus which is useless, which will not help any woman. I'm furious because I can't save any woman with words. Because using a fucking keyboard is useless. And while I choose which stupid shirt to wear, a hundred other women will suffer and die because others will choose for them.

A strong thought full of pain and hope goes to Afghan women with the hope that one day the world will accept all of us women as an integral part and not as a category to be oppressed.

Germaine Greer wrote: "Women have only a small idea of how much men hate them."
Limited education, prohibition of certain types of clothing, restrictions on freedom of movement. To fall under the control of the Taliban again means this for Afghan women, who have taken to the streets to oppose the advance of Islamic fundamentalists. In the days when the foreign armed forces left the country, they marched along the city streets in the north and center of Afghanistan carrying rifles. The most popular demonstration in Ghor, where hundreds of women, marching with weapons along the streets of the center, chanted slogans against the Taliban. “There were some women who just wanted to inspire the security forces, only symbolically. But many others were ready to go to the battlefields, ”said Halima Parastish, head of the women’s leadership in Ghor, in the statement reported by the Guardian. “I and some other women – she added – we told the governor, about a month ago, that we are ready to go to fight”. “I don’t want the country to be under the control of people who treat women the way they do. We took up arms to show that if we have to fight we will do it, ”a reporter later declared.
It is not obvious to say that war, like evil, only brings out the worst in people, capable of showing their true nature without hesitation, in a state of suspended judgment. The strongest oppress the weakest, it has always been like that. And in the whirlwind of clichés, one from last August 15th echoes more than the others. With the takeover of Kabul by the Taliban, women are in grave danger. Everything that the Afghan women are or have conquered is raided day after day, in an all-encompassing process of depersonalization; they are objects for man’s use and consumption, they must satisfy their pleasures and to define them as sexual.

Islamists have given “numerous warnings”: women and their families are threatened with death or torture if they go to work. The fighters do not warn twice, they go directly to action, staining even the most wicked acts such as necrophilia. All this seems to be confirmed by the warlords’ order to hunt girls aged 12 and over to make them sex prisoners, after the surrender of the Afghan government and the abandonment of the last US military troops. Rape, in reality, could only be the beginning of a long hell. Then, after the sexual violence, the same can be sold or sold as part of some commercial negotiation, such as weapons or drugs. Omar Sadr, who is a professor of politics at the American University of Afghanistan (no one knows how much …) argues that “the Taliban fighters feel authorized to do all this on the basis of their rigid interpretation of Islam, which sees women as kaniz », that is as a commodity.

BODIES ART

I think the best compliment a girl can get is “you are smart”. In a world where people are pushed not to think with the brain anymore and where the most important thing is the physical aspect, finding someone who knows how to use the brain is wonderful and believe me, rare beauties like these there are few and above all few people are able to appreciate them. They are all good at opening their legs, but not all are able to use their brains.
Beauty is volatile: today you may like one thing, tomorrow you will see something else and you can fall in love with it, and so on. Beauty will get out of hand sooner or later, but your “inner being” no, it will accompany you until death, for better or for worse. Not having faith in the physical appearance because it is worse than having faith in others.
The way we dress (clothing, accessories, make-up) is an extension of our inner world. Tastes are momentary, they reflect moods. It would be appropriate to follow instinct rather than fashion, to show not only our outward appearance but also a piece of soul. It would be important not to conform to common uses. The body is the canvas, we often don’t choose it (if we want to be healthy). One thing is certain: the work we create, decorating and re-decorating ourselves, is unique and harmonious, a fusion of shapes and colors, perfect in its entirety. Deforming our body, against nature, smears the work because it reflects the inner malaise. It is not the detail that has a certain effect. It is the completeness of the body, with its movements, with its clothes, with its colors and with its shapes, to create a “figure”. We are art, and we are artists. Not everyone knows how to appreciate a high quality work; not for this we must stop being creative, not for this we must surrender to create what the applicant wants. A high quality work is a work made with the soul, which ignores the tastes of the beholder. What we decide to show engages with the momentary tastes of the viewer: he who abandons himself to wanting to interpret what he sees coherently with his world, synchronizes with our soul. Here is the spark, the love at first sight between artist and observer. Those who dwell on the details and look for them as if we were a shopping list, have no artistic spirit, have succumbed to the induction of advertising needs. Let’s remember the importance of art, and the beauty of being artists.
Love is not falling in love with a nice butt or a perfect body. Love is not going around and bragging about having a ‘perfect girlfriend’ or a ‘sexy boyfriend. Love is not stopping at appearances. Love is going beyond: love is digging deep to find the soul, looking beyond what we are on the outside, not stopping at the size of the bra, or jeans. Love is finding what is inside our body, which is only the shell of our essence.
All my life I have been surrounded by people who were wrong, embarrassed, hurt others, were unfair, and were always forgiven, while I have always been silent and those few times that I dared to say something wrong I was condemned . From here I started thinking about all the privileges that being beautiful, being thin brings, because in my life it has always been like this. Beauty gives the opportunity to be yourself, not to be rejected, to be appreciated. I almost killed myself because I wanted so much to be like them, to finally be able to speak, to open up, to be loved. I just wanted to be beautiful. It may seem superficial, but to me it wasn’t, and it’s not. Try to live your whole life surrounded by people who use you, who never want to see you for who you are beyond appearances, to be surrounded by people who behave horribly but who are forgiven for a simple reason. It is too difficult to believe that the world is not like this. And it’s unfair, it’s unfair to know that you have so much to give and can’t do it, it’s unfair to be rejected so many times that you end up thinking you don’t deserve anything. The world is unfair, and the saddest thing is that I feel I can’t do anything about it.
The ‘physical’ factor is perhaps one of the first criteria of perfection that they impose on us right from the start. Wherever you look, you find yourself small and frail little bodies as an emblem of beauty and superiority. But how did we get to this superficial homologation where everything that is not perfectly linear is ugly? Until a few years ago, perfect beauty was identified through the curves of a body. The more you were abundant, the more you liked it. Now if you can’t wear skinny jeans you don’t even get considered, as if you weren’t a real person. Without feelings, as if the offenses did not affect you in the least. As if you don’t have to fight this odyssey enough on your own. All this superficiality that people inculcate in your mind does not go away and stays with you. And you carry it inside, and you have to live with that sense of bitterness and rejection.

SOFISTICATION SATISFACTION

Style: “Let us ask ourselves if the problem is not not having something, but rather another type of lack in our heart. We do not make the mistake of always waiting for a different moment than the one we are given. We are always projected into a future that we do not have, rather than living in the present that we have.”
We are all waiting for something. A date, a vacation, a movie release, a trip, a concert, a good grade, a satisfaction, love, a kiss, a hug, happiness. We spend our whole life waiting and we don’t even realize it.
You have to get carried away, because things happen. We are made to follow, not to decide. To follow your instincts. When you feel that something is about to happen, don’t stop and think, go for it. Events can ruin your life, sure, and rash decisions too, but you’ll always have a chance to change, and to think, “Fuck, maybe I shouldn’t have done that. But it is only thanks to this that I am now the person I am. ” Always take the opportunity to improve yourself, to change, to live this life to the full and to get to the end with satisfaction, because it is a journey that is done only once, and situations never recur twice the same.
I do not expect anything from anyone not because it is pessimistic or negative, but simply because I believe that receiving something you do not expect is always more satisfying than what you already know. A bit like when you discard an unexpected gift without knowing what it is, but happy that it exists.

BODY POSITIVITY

Fat, hair, bones, spots, vitiligo, moles, blood: never before has the body-positive captured the media attention as today. Body Positivity was born as a political and social movement aimed at challenging the canons and prejudices of society on bodies. Its origins are intertwined with the history of the 1960s claims on fat-acceptance, to combat discrimination against fat people and celebrate plus-size bodies; they burned photos of models like Twiggy and even books on diets, organized lectures and seminars in schools. From concrete activism then a part of Body Positivity has turned into a real economy in its own right, coming to coincide with the photos on Instagram made of glittery stretch marks.
The online version that we could define as “a little fake”, was created by liberal feminism under the influence of pinkwashing, that is all those marketing activities that use themes related to women (feminism, sex / body-positive etc.) to gain market advantage. The message, however, is obviously deviating until it reaches the paradoxical situation whereby the Body Positive movement itself is marginalizing the bodies that were previously at the center. This is because brands show new standards in advertisements, this time a little curvy, but always new standards. This also happens in the fashion shows, where luxury brands give more and more space to models with different bodies. Yet, as Antonio Mancinelli noted: “when people go to the boutiques of the same brands to buy a suit, they often find only very small sizes”.
For each cover that praises Body Positivity and self-acceptance, “without judgments”, in the magazine on duty there are dozens of advertisements and articles on fitness that talk about how to lose weight in a few weeks, and that promote the diet cultures.
Lizzo talked about how the body positivity movement is marketed and most of the time when you see that hashtag it’s smaller, curvy, white girls, and that’s not inclusive
It cannot be denied that an openness from the media towards these issues is positive news, especially if one thinks of all the problems of self-acceptance that adolescents experience, but there is almost never a concrete translation of the great declarations and reflections that are made. In this way, this Instagram caption-sweetened narrative risks remaining an end in itself.
Suffering from your appearance is wrong, you are okay as you are ”. It doesn’t matter if you are thin, fat, wide or narrow hips, stretch marks or small breasts, belly or frizzy hair, big nose or thin lips, teeth or crooked legs – you are fine exactly the way you are. .
Andrea Watcher, a psychotherapist and author says – I have learned that changing my body will not make me feel loved, loving myself will. To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance  and all women and men have the right to accept their body. The shame is on the ones who use that to attack their self esteem.
