TRUST YOUR SENSES

I have to take a break, to get back positive thoughts, to feel good, to believe in love, to believe in friendship, to believe in purity, I have to return to find reasons to color my days with bright colors, I have to grow and understand what I am passing through, how to find peace and hope. How not to have black thoughts, but to believe in words, deeds, people, without naivety, but with purity.

I need to believe in purity of soul.

I have to break away from everything a little to get back a focus on myself.

Not to stop believing in those crazy stories where good always wins over evil.

There is always hope, you have to reignite like a fuse, throw out all the bad and bad and take back the good. We must be light, for ourselves and for others. We must walk and let others perceive how beautiful and full of beauty we are.

We live good vibes, we live, we send away the worst. Because we deserve it and the others deserve it too.

Never stop believing in the beautiful, good and right. Everything will come, with the right time, it will come!

Trust your senses.

TRANQUILLITY

How much tranquility exists in the sand to sit by the sea, in total silence and listen only to the sound of the waves that are thrown against it.
Thinking and rethinking about everything that is beautiful we can have but that we do not exploit for reasons that we do not even know, thinking that we are here today and who knows tomorrow, because after all we are all one who knows, all our thoughts by the sea have a who knows.
Admiring the colors of a sunset that has now come to an end, with the most beautiful colors that the sky can give us, is knowing how to appreciate all its shades.

MY ART IN MARCH 2022

These are my paintings of eime months ago. I was very upset, very lonely, and this is what comes out from me. ( I use recycled cardboards as support).

WAITING FOR SOMETHING

There are those days when you no longer understand anything, what up to a second before gave you happiness, makes you nervous, that thing that gave you suffering, becomes pathetic. In a few moments, everything loses sense and you feel like in a bubble, enclosed with your apathy, while the world around you goes on. Maybe some individual expresses perplexity, almost anger towards you, wondering and wondering, the why of all this … But you can’t answer yourself, let alone them and then you stay inside, waiting for the arrival of something or someone who instead of continuing to soap you, it will be able to burst your barrier and make you feel alive, again. During these two years of imprisonment I have clung to words and promises that very often people make based on the circumstances, the moments of darkness. When this life returns to “normal” these words will have vanished, forgotten, because supported by a general illusion of being able to be better than what we really are. We are human. We need comfort and a foothold in our worst days. As soon as we get better we will behave exactly as we have always behaved. There is a pre-pandemic and a post-pandemic. The present we are experiencing is just a parenthesis that contains everything we would like to be but that our pride and our selfishness will extinguish as soon as possible.

BIRDS IN THE SNOW

Winter is a very difficult time for birds, not so much for the cold as for the food. In fact, a bird resists the cold without problems if it can feed itself well. If the snow arrives then it is a real drama. So if you love wild birds, like me, you can make a feeder available to our little friends that you can build yourself or buy in a pet shop.
Here are some important rules for anyone wishing to build a manger.
The manger, of which some practical examples are given in this article, must be of a wood color or pale green color. Strong colors do not like birds.
The manger should be placed on the balcony, away from the windows and in a discreet place. If the birds see you frequent it too often, they won't come close. If you have a garden, it should be positioned at a height where cats cannot reach it. Hygiene is important: the base of the manger must often be cleaned. The food to put on must not be excessive. It will be good to put a cup of water on one side of the manger, away from the seeds or crumbs of sweets. The cleaning and food supply operation should possibly be done in the dark, so that the birds, not seeing you, are no longer suspicious.
What to give as food: breadcrumbs must be excluded because they are too little nutritious, salt and spices such as pepper must also be eliminated, dried fruit, unsalted peanuts, panettone breadcrumbs and various seeds must be given instead. Also in pet shops, packs of mixed seeds for birds are sold.
The danger is that larger, overbearing birds such as crows and pigeons can take advantage and chase the small birds out of the feeder. In this case, openings must be made that large birds cannot use. The feeders must be placed from November to March, then they must be removed and this in order not to interfere with the rearing of the offspring.

LOOK INTO MY TRUNK

I don’t know if any of you have a chest or trunk where you keep your memories. Sometimes the door of the past opens and many things related to our childhood come out. I opened the trunk of my memory and what I found is beautiful. My grandmother had this trunk, which was actually a chest, which served as a coat rack and bag storage, on which we children sat and imagined driving a carriage, complete with a simulation of the noise of the horses’ hooves, beating the timed heels on dark wooden board. This trunk, however, escaped its textbook location because it was in the corridor and did nothing but feed our curiosity as city children looking for new pastimes with which to pleasantly fill the long afternoons spent at grandmother’s house, slippers with heels and television on those TV programs that she called “useless things”. Although curious, we were not used to approaching the trunk in the corridor too frequently because we felt a sort of awe, most likely infused us by our parents, since inside there were “grandmother’s things that if you touch them she realizes and gets angry “. But one day I took courage and asked my grandmother to show me what was hidden in the trunk. She opened it and in the midst of letters, my grandfather’s military clothes, old newspapers and strange objects, photos of her past came out. I looked at that world in black and white and I wondered what colors the clothes and eyes of those people who unconsciously stared at me immortal from the photo cards had had. I asked my grandmother for the names of multitudes of objects unknown to me, information on their function, on what they had done, if the iron was really as comfortable as it seemed from the relaxed expression of a relative portrayed in the moment of starching a shirt. squares with an indecipherable color. And my grandmother promptly answered all my questions, standing, elbows resting on a round table now full of photographs; she seemed younger to me and it was easy for me to see in her the signs of that girl who survived the war.

WE’RE LITTLE FLOWERS

We are little flowers that are not seen,
we don’t have sparkling makeup,
gorgeous dresses.
We are simple flowers,
little souls in the midst of life.
Tiny breaths of a moment of infinity.
We are small flowers that grow asking for nothing.
It is enough for us to have the sky above and the earth below us.
Have you ever stopped to observe the wildflowers? Have you ever reflected on the beauty of colors, their shades which not even the most daring painter would be able to reproduce? In their apparent simplicity, wildflowers hide a great pride, a strength and a determination that leads them to stand up among others without anyone having asked for it, without anyone having sown, watered, wanted them. I admire them for their tender beauty, their colors and their spontaneity. Simple and yet each of them to see well is perfect and wonderful in his being. Sometimes I feel like wildflowers, one among many, simple, but with that simplicity that hides a strength that only those who want to look beyond appearances can find. Fair and modest like wildflowers. Shy yet sure of her own worth like wildflowers.
Have you ever appreciated the beauty of a wild flower? I love them. They don’t have a well-kept garden where they can show off their beauty. They have no loving hands that take care of them. They don’t have a long life to be admired. They grow in inaccessible places and bend to the elements of time. But they are tenacious, bold. And on their slender stem they will blossom again in spite of those who do not find them beautiful and those who are unable to appreciate their scent. Isn’t that a nice way to describe women? Women who, like a wildflower, always show everyone the strength to be reborn after one or a thousand difficulties.

HOW TO SLEEP WELL

I advised, in my old blog, to remove all electronic devices from the bedroom. To use only a futon or a wooden net and not a metal one. But they criticized me because they say that Feng Shui is not a science. Yet many people suffer from insomnia and don’t want an effective remedy like this. I don’t like technology in my bedroom. I prefer few knick-knacks.
In the Feng Shui style design of the bedroom, it will occupy the space farthest from the entrance to the house. Arrange the bed so that you have the windows on the opposite side of the wall or at the most on the side, so as not to have a hidden external view.
As for the bed position recommended by Feng Shui, the bed should be placed as far away from the door as possible. If your bed is too close to the door, there is a possibility that you will be caught in the surprises of life.
Be aware of the location of doors and windows. Try to avoid placing the bed between the two.
Choose inspirational art to decorate your bedroom, such as natural and relaxing scenes.
The bed should also be supported by a solid headboard with a wall behind it and should never be placed under a window. Both the headboard and the wall offer protection and support on a subconscious level. If you choose to sleep under a window, your personal energy will weaken over time, as it doesn't convey a sense of support and protection.
Even if there is only one person sleeping in the room, it is best to keep each side of the room symmetrical, in order to have a balanced energy on both sides, for example by placing a nightstand on each side of the bed, each with a lamp. . This is also important for maintaining balance in a relationship if you share a bedroom with your partner. Choose round bedside tables instead of square, as they reduce the energy that can be directed towards you while you sleep.
The bed should be of a good height, preferably without an inner container underneath. Energy must be able to circulate around the bed, so it is best to get rid of the mess and any deposits under the bed, if possible.
The color of your Feng Sui bedroom is also significant. You can choose the colors of the fire element (red, orange, purple, pink and intense yellow) for passion and energy, working to bring energy to support your career efforts and thus helping you to get the right recognition. The earth colors (beige and light yellow) are for a focus on stability, while pastel colors add feelings of peace and tranquility. The feet of the bed should not be facing either the door or a mirror. For a correct rest, plants and flowers should also be avoided.

Attention must also be paid to the orientation of the edges of the furniture. It is preferable that these do not point towards the bed, as it is believed that the edges generate negative energy waves, capable of disturbing sleep.

In this environment, the preferred colors are soft colors, such as blue, light blue, white.
Feng Shui is not only about what we put in a room, but also what we keep outside.

Technology in the first place is not suitable for a sanctuary, so it has no place in your bedroom. Technology is a distraction and can contribute to stress and anxiety, so it's best to remove TVs and laptops, as well as your cell phone. If space is an issue and you need to have a TV or laptop in the bedroom, cover it with a scarf when you're not using it, or store it in a closet.

Books should also be kept in other rooms in the house. While it is recommended to keep a few books near your bed, on the nightstand, having the walls lined with books can make you feel overwhelmed and feel closed.

Mirrors should be avoided in a Feng Shui bedroom, as they can disturb sleep by bouncing the reflected energy, keeping you awake and restless. If you share your bedroom with a romantic partner, it is also thought that a mirror invites a third person in the couple, opening the space for infidelity.

Equally important to keep Feng Shui out of your bedroom are fountains, water features or even just images of water, as they could cause financial losses or theft; as well as plants and flowers, as they can create too much activity and energy for you to rest properly.

Finally, get rid of the clutter to allow the energy to circulate properly and throw away the clothes you no longer wear: keeping them in your bedroom could prevent you from embracing new opportunities. It is better to avoid cluttering the bedroom with photos of friends and relatives or images of religious iconography, as you will feel like you are being observed and judged.

I’M A NAIVE

I am still naive. I discovered reality at 22. They tell me that I am too spontaneous, I have no malice, I am like a child. Many people have exploited, used and abused me. Sometimes I don’t recognize evil, I trust others a lot, I’m a white dove but the others are all snakes. I always pray to God to give me a good heart, only this I need but my good heart causes me a lot of damage because people take advantage of me. There is no girl as naive as me. I tried to change but I couldn’t. I try to help others and in the past I have thought more about others than myself. Art has carried me with it for many years and when I entered the real world I did not know the rules and so I was bewitched by certain people who did not deserve anything of me. I have been wrong so many times and I did not know why, I did not know I was different, because I had been far from the world and I had lived only among the colors. It was very difficult to get close to the real world because I was a poor naive.
